The restaurant offers the opportunity of enjoying traditional local and regional dishes, from exquisite starters to delicious desserts and all served with a choice of the finest Piedmontese wines. The choice of dishes and ingredients used is in keeping with the produce that is grown on the farm or by the local consortium in the region.
The restaurant is open to residents and also to the public but booking is advisable.
